Nicos Stavropoulos, January 12, 2018 - January 19, 2018 Karst Grotto (2018) The title was selected based on its onomatopoetic qualities and its direct reference to landscape qualities whose geological spatial structures and processes reflect the sound world of the work. The recordings of the source materials were realized with small electret microphones in a 5.1 Polyhymnia Pentagon configuration.

Horacio Vaggione, ICST Artist in Residency June 30, 2015 – July 5, 2015 Gymel II (2015) electronic music for 8-track medium We find in this work morphology (figures, textures) that manifest themselves at different granularity levels. GYMEL II is the result of a stay at ICST, Zurich University of the Arts, in July 2015.

Vincent Cears, ICST Artist in Residency April 6, 2021 - April 19, 2021 A Year in Dark Tones (2021) Live improvisation in Ambisonics (3rd-order). A Year in Dark Shades is the work I created using different spatial sound systems. For this piece I collaborated with a visual artist to create an immersive performance. During the ICST residency, I converted everything to Ambisonics using the ICST Ambisonics Plugins! ‘Improvisation I’ and ‘Improvisation II’ are a live pre-recording during the residency at ICST.
